• You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your item to report any damage. Claims beyond 2 days are not acceptable, as minor wear over time is expected.
• For damage claims, please provide clear images of the inner and outer sides of the product, including courier company tags and packaging. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
