At Home Theori, we are committed to delivering our handcrafted pieces to your doorstep with the same care and precision used to create them. Because our items are artisanal and often made-to-order, our shipping process is designed to ensure maximum safety for your unique decor.
1. Processing & Crafting Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: To maintain the highest quality of craftsmanship, certain bone inlay and lighting pieces may require 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

Updates: You will receive a notification once your order begins its journey from our artisans to your home.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within India. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over INR 100000.
3. Large Furniture & Freight Delivery
For larger items like bedside chests, coffee tables, and desks:

We use specialized white-glove or freight carriers to ensure the safety of heavy/fragile inlay work.

The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.

Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item during the scheduled window.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
We take extraordinary measures to pack our items securely. However, accidents can happen during transit.

Mandatory Check: Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any visible damage before signing for the receipt.

Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, you must report it to us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and the original packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the processing or crafting phase has begun, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
