Artisanal Variations: Because each piece is handcrafted in India, minor variations in color, grain, texture, and pattern are inherent characteristics of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Home Theori are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
